WHAT DO OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY SAY?
We make pieces that last, and if they don’t, we want to know about it.
All of our stickers are first quality-checked and then hand-packed with love for our customers! However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us, and provide a visual proof, like photograph or video, that indicates a problem.
We will reproduce any defective items after investigating and verifying the issue to its depth. Since we stand behind everything we sell, no returns are allowed for reasons not relating to quality of the product. We will not refund or reproduce in case you ordered wrong product, prefer a different product or do not want the product anymore.
The most important aspects of our returns & refund policies are:
We must be contacted within 72 hours from the delivery for any defects.
We require you to submit a visual proof, like photograph or video, that clearly indicates the problem.
We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
We will reproduce or refund your order within 10-15 days if we verify that we made an error.
We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
WHY WE GUARANTEE 100% SATISFACTION?
Quality issues are rare, but they happen on occasion, and we strive to address them as fast as possible. If there is any problem or quality issues with your order, contact us and attach a photograph that indicates the problem, and we will address it accordingly and will replace any defective units for free.
WHAT OUR POLICY SAY IN CASES OF MISSING PRODUCT/ NOT RECEIVING A PRODUCT IN YOUR PACKAGE?
If you did not receive a product in your package or find that the product is missing, please write to the customer support team of Stickerji at Stickerjiindia@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. No claims/complaints made after 48 hours post receipt shall be entertained. Upon investigation and acceptance of your claim, Stickerji will dispatch a new product or provide you with a refund to the original mode of payment (as preferred by you). Any claims made beyond 48 hours shall not be accepted.
WHAT OUR POLICY SAY IN CASES OF DELIVERY FAILURE?
In case the package is returned to origin due to incomplete address / wrong contact number / customer refusal / customer out of town / incorrect pin code, Stickerji provides the option of a reshipment at an additional shipping cost of Rs. 50/- in order to reship the goods, to the same or an alternate address. In case you do not wish to reship your package, a refund would be made to your original online payment method after the deduction of Rs.50/- as shipping charges. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, a refund would be made directly to your account.
